The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging intended primarily for filling various types of liquid cosmetics and cleaning products for home as well as artisan production. Thanks to the functional trigger mechanism, it enables even spraying of the product directly onto the skin, surface or into the air, which increases the comfort and precision of application. The bottle body is made of a durable plastic material suitable for common liquid formulations, and the white trigger sprayer ensures practical and convenient dosing.
Packaging designed in this way is suitable for packing cosmetic products as well as household solutions where a fine mist or targeted spray is important. The bottle is ideal for smaller batches, test runs and regularly used products, for which you will appreciate the reusable packaging and convenient dosing using the sprayer.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, designed for direct and comfortable use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The trigger sprayer is ideal mainly for liquid and low-viscosity formulations such as aqueous solutions, hydrolats or light body and hair sprays. Thick emulsions or strongly oil-based blends may restrict smooth spraying, so we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific recipe in a smaller amount and checking that the mechanism does not clog and that the dispersion is even.
The bottle with sprayer can be used repeatedly provided basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We recommend carrying out disinfection both on the bottle body and on the trigger mechanism itself, and it is advisable to allow the packaging to dry thoroughly before refilling.
For routine cleaning we recommend using warm water with a suitable cleaning agent, followed by thorough rinsing so that no residues of the original product or detergent remain in the packaging. The material of the bottle and trigger sprayer is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, so avoid boiling or using it in a dishwasher, where deformation of the packaging or damage to functional parts of the sprayer may occur. After washing, allow the container and mechanism to dry at room temperature, ideally in a well-ventilated area.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing any residues of the original contents. Adapt the method of recycling to the material specified in the parameter table for the specific product on the site – according to the type of plastic, assign the bottle and trigger sprayer to the appropriate fraction of sorted waste. In the case of combined materials, it is advisable to separate the parts (bottle body, closure, spraying mechanism) from each other as far as possible and sort them according to the type of plastic in line with local collection rules. By following the recommended sorting, you support efficient recycling and a reduction in the amount of mixed waste.
