Glass bottle – blue pharmaceutical bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional packaging solution intended primarily for dispensing creamy and gel formulations, emulsions or thicker serums. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise dispenser, it is ideal for hygienic packaging of products for which controlled application without direct contact of the contents with the user’s hands is important. The blue glass also supports longer stability of more sensitive components by helping to reduce their exposure to light during storage.
This glass bottle is supplied with a functional cream dispenser that is adapted to the neck type and volume of the container. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
Technical information for this bottle (volume, neck type, materials used for the individual components and other data) is important for proper planning of filling, labelling and storage of the finished product. Before including it in production, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the packaging parameters and performing a trial filling to verify correct dosing and the behaviour of the specific formulation over time.

Before first use we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging. Rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then with clean water and allow it to dry completely. For final disinfection use alcohol – for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – which you apply by rinsing or spraying the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging and the dispenser. For this step you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill the finished product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. After the contents have been used up, carefully disassemble the bottle and the dispenser, clean them mechanically and rinse them. Before refilling, the packaging must always be thoroughly disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Make sure that no residues of the original product or water remain inside, as these could affect the stability of the new formulation.
The reliability of the dispenser depends on the viscosity of the specific formulation. With very thick creams or balms, dosing can be more difficult, so we recommend performing a trial filling of a small amount of product and testing whether the pump dispenses smoothly and without air pockets. If necessary, the consistency of the recipe can be slightly adjusted (for example by reducing the proportion of waxes or thickeners) so that it flows better through the dispenser system. When producing larger batches, it is always appropriate to carry out a longer-term test of storage and repeated use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. It is advisable to empty the glass bottle, remove as much of the product residue as possible and then place it in the appropriate glass container according to local regulations. Separate the dispenser and plastic parts and sort them according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. In this way you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of materials in the recycling process.
