Glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging cosmetic emulsions, gels and cream formulations where hygienic dosing and protection of sensitive components are important. High-quality glass in combination with a functional pump ensures comfortable use, minimizes contact of the contents with air and supports the stability of the texture as well as the active ingredients during storage and use.
This bottle is among the standalone packages that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packages and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dosing mechanism and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for reuse.
First remove any residue of the original product by mechanically rinsing with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Then thoroughly rinse the bottle and all detachable parts with clean water, allow them to dry and disinfect them with a suitable alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol). After the alcohol has evaporated, check that no residues of water or cleaning agents remain in the packaging which could affect the new formulation.

Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the range to bottles, jars or medicine bottles that best match the properties of your product and the desired design.
Yes, the bottle with cream dispenser is designed to handle thicker emulsions, gels and creams. However, for your own formulations we recommend carrying out a trial filling in order to verify the smoothness of dosing, the dose per single pump and the overall behaviour of the formula during long-term use in this type of packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part should be sorted into the container intended for glass, and plastic or metal components of the closure belong in the respective separated waste stream. Before placing it in sorted collection, remove any product residues so as not to compromise the recycling stream in your municipality.
