Glass bottle – blue with cream dispenser is a professional packaging intended for filling semi-liquid cosmetic products, cream emulsions and thicker serums, where controlled and hygienic application is important. The combination of durable glass and a functional dispenser reduces the contact of the contents with air and with the hands, thereby helping to maintain the stability and quality of formulations even with more frequent use.
The blue glass effectively protects more sensitive cosmetic ingredients from unwanted light and supports a longer lifespan of active substances. The bottle is suitable for smaller doses of products, testers and travel sizes, where a professional appearance and practical dispensing without unnecessary waste are important.
This glass bottle is supplied within the Handymade range with a functional cream dispenser, which is adapted to the specific neck type and ensures comfortable and even dispensing of the contents. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for formulas with a higher share of oils, alcohols or acids.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing with drinking water and then disinfecting. For disinfection it is suitable to use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, let all parts dry completely so that the disinfection residues do not affect the properties of the filled product.
The dispenser is designed for semi-liquid to creamy emulsions and lighter gels. For very thick creams or balms with a high wax content, the dispensing may be limited or uneven. For your own formulations we therefore recommend performing a dispensing test on a small sample and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity (for example by increasing the proportion of the liquid phase) so that the pump action is smooth and reliable.
Before the first filling, we recommend checking the packaging and, if necessary, rinsing and disinfecting it, especially if it comes into contact with sensitive skin. After complete drying, fill the bottle with the selected product leaving a small margin below the neck, so that the contents are not forced out when the dispenser is attached. Screw the dispenser on evenly without excessive tightening and, before the first use, press it several times so that the system is filled with the product and the dispensing is stabilised.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can in most cases be placed in the container intended for glass after emptying and basic rinsing. The plastic or combined dispenser generally needs to be separated from the glass and sorted as plastic or mixed waste according to local sorting rules. When recycling, follow the recommendations of your waste collection company and the information in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website so that the disposal method is as environmentally friendly as possible.

Thanks to this, you can easily choose a packaging that will best suit the consistency, design and intended use of your product.
The compact glass vial with dispenser is also suitable as a travel size, as it allows comfortable and clean dispensing of a smaller amount of product. However, when carrying it, we recommend checking the correct tightening of the dispenser and storing the bottle in an upright position, ideally in a separate case or cosmetic bag, so that it is protected from impacts. If you plan frequent travelling, it is advisable to carry out a trial filling and verify how the packaging behaves during transport with your specific formulation.
