The glass bottle with oil dispenser is a reliable packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid formulations, especially oil blends and concentrated extracts. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dispensing system, it is suitable for filling products where control of the amount, protection of the composition and professional presentation are important. The dark glass naturally helps protect light-sensitive substances from the effects of light, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the contents.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle with dispenser is also suitable for concentrated oil serums and blends with a higher content of active ingredients. Glass is a stable and inert material that helps preserve the original quality of the formulation. Nevertheless, before the final filling we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – to verify the behaviour of the product in the packaging, the dosing and the long-term stability during storage.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the scent or consistency of the product. When changing the type of contents (for example from perfumed to unperfumed), we recommend paying particularly close attention to cleaning and disinfection.
To achieve the longest possible shelf life, we recommend storing the bottle in a dry, cooler place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The dark glass already naturally contributes to the protection of light-sensitive components, but careful closing of the dispenser is also important in order to minimise contact with atmospheric oxygen. For formulations with a higher content of natural oils and extracts, a suitably chosen antioxidant and correct storage can significantly support the stability of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be sorted into the glass container after basic rinsing. The dispenser and any plastic or metal components should be separated and sorted according to local waste sorting rules, typically into plastic or metal collection. When sorting, always follow the up-to-date recommendations in your municipality and the material labelling given with the product.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the extended filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, required size, colour and material. This narrows down the offer only to packaging that meets your technical and design requirements and makes it easier to find a bottle, pharmaceutical vial or jar suitable for your specific product.
