The glass bottle with a black-and-gold spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations where gentle and even application by spraying is important. The combination of high-quality glass and a functional spray pump ensures convenient dosing, hygiene during use, and a representative appearance of the final product.
This type of bottle is a practical solution for formulations that require precise application in smaller amounts – from toning and hydrating waters to light oil blends. The glass container is strong and stable and, in combination with the design spray pump, creates a compact packaging system suitable even for smaller artisanal batches or professional brands.
This product represents a complete combination of glass bottle and spray pump, therefore it is ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional closures. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of oils, alcohol or active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the spray pump in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, it is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After treatment, all parts must be allowed to dry completely before refilling.
The spray pump is designed for the application of low- to medium-viscosity liquids where fine dispersion of the contents into a mist or fine droplets is needed. It is particularly suitable for facial and body sprays, hair tonics, light oil and aromatherapeutic blends and perfumed waters. For thicker emulsions or gels we recommend first testing dosing and passage to ensure smooth application.
The glass part can be washed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsed and allowed to dry. We recommend cleaning the spray pump carefully, without using aggressive tools, and spraying it through several times with clean water or alcohol. Before refilling, all parts should be disinfected – for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based – and then completely dry so as to avoid compromising product stability.
Before recycling, we recommend first emptying the packaging and removing any product residues. The glass container can then, according to local rules, be placed in the container designated for packaging glass. The spray pump and plastic parts usually belong in plastic waste – adapt their sorting to the information in the parameter table on the product page and to the local waste collection system. If you have the option to use the packaging repeatedly, this is generally the most sustainable choice.
