The glass bottle with blue black-gold glossy dispenser and transparent top part is a representative packaging suitable for professional as well as artisan packaging of cosmetics and other liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the precise workmanship of the closure, it helps protect the contents from external influences while at the same time increasing the visual value of the finished product. The elegant design of the packaging supports the perception of quality for facial serums, oils or other premium formulations, where not only functionality but also the aesthetics of the packaging are important.
This glass bottle is used as a stand-alone packaging, for which various functional closing and dispensing components can be selected according to the type of neck. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters for the specific product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and if there is no visible damage. However, with every new filling it is essential to observe strict hygiene principles – the bottle, including the closure, must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after thorough drying is the bottle ready to be refilled with a new product.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, then thoroughly rinsing it with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, for cosmetic use it is appropriate to carry out disinfection of the inner surface and the closure with an alcohol-based preparation (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and again let it completely air out and dry, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed, after removal of product residues, in the container intended for glass. The closure may contain a combination of plastic and metal components – in such a case it is appropriate to separate what can be separated and assign the individual parts to the respective sorted fractions according to local waste collection rules. Before recycling it is always good to roughly rinse the packaging so that larger residues of the cosmetic product do not remain in it.
Yes, this type of glass bottle is suitable for various serums and concentrated cosmetic preparations where precise and hygienic application of a smaller amount of product is important. For formulations with a higher content of acids, retinoids or other reactive substances, we always recommend carrying out your own stability test in contact with the packaging in order to verify long-term compatibility and preservation of the sensory and functional properties of the product during storage.
