The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging solution for a wide range of liquid preparations, especially where gentle, even and hygienic dispersion of the product by means of a mechanical sprayer is required. Thanks to the plastic material used and the high-quality spray head, the packaging is suitable for everyday use in home, artisanal and professional formulations. The design of the bottle allows convenient dosing without hand contact with the contents, which reduces the risk of contamination and increases the stability of the final product. This type of packaging is ideal for filling cosmetic and hygiene solutions where precise application to the skin, hair or surface is important.
This spray bottle is designed as a functional unit in which the packaging and the dispensing component are directly combined. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you will verify the behaviour of the packaging during long-term use, storage and transport, as well as the consistency of spraying with different types of solutions or emulsions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. After rinsing and drying, we recommend performing a trial filling with a smaller amount of product to verify the correct functioning of the sprayer and sealing with the specific formulation.
Protect the packaging from mechanical damage and from direct long-term exposure to sunlight, which may affect the stability of some fillings. For cleaning, use mild soapy solutions or suitable disinfectant solutions and, after rinsing, allow the bottle and sprayer to dry freely. If the packaging is made from PET or another heat-sensitive plastic, do not expose it to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to prevent deformation or damage to the sprayer. Regular cleaning of the dip tube and nozzle helps maintain an even spray pattern even with more viscous solutions.
When filling, always take into account the composition of the product and its viscosity. Before final production, we recommend carrying out a compatibility test – leave a small test amount in the packaging for a certain time and observe any changes in the colour, shape or elasticity of the plastic, as well as changes in the operation of the sprayer. Avoid overly aggressive solvents or very high concentrations of certain essential oils without prior testing, as they may affect the seals or plastic parts of the mechanism. For thicker emulsions, it is advisable to verify whether the sprayer can dispense the mixture smoothly without clogging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters on the website. Before placing it in sorted waste, completely use up or thoroughly rinse out any remaining contents. Place the plastic bottle body in the appropriate container for plastics according to local recycling regulations, and it is advisable to compress it so that it takes up less space. The sprayer and small parts, which may contain a combination of several materials, should be sorted according to the recommendations of the local collection system or disposed of as mixed waste if the recycling system does not allow their separation. For PET material, it always applies that it is not suitable for boiling or for burning under home conditions; prioritise recycling in the official collection system.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the extended filter you can conveniently set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material, which enables you to quickly narrow down the range to only those bottles, vials, jars or pots that meet the requirements of your product. We recommend first clarifying the dosing method and the consistency of the filling and only then filtering for specific technical parameters, so that the final choice is not only aesthetically coherent but also functional and reliably durable in the long term.
