The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and professional packaging for modern cosmetic and hygiene products, for which controlled and comfortable application is important. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional dispenser, the bottle is suitable for packing various liquid formulations that require repeated use without unnecessary contact of the contents with the external environment. The packaging design supports clean dosing, minimizes product waste and facilitates use in both home and professional environments.
This bottle is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing element, which is ready for direct filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product is fully compatible with the packaging during both short-term and long-term storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially in home and artisanal cosmetic production. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, the dispenser and all contact parts. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it possible to proceed to refilling.
First remove the residues of the original filling and rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and warm, but not boiling, water. We then recommend applying disinfection – for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol – and letting it act in accordance with your internal hygiene procedures. It is important to clean the dispenser itself, including the dip tube. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
The plastic bottle is intended primarily for filling at normal room or slightly elevated temperatures, which are standard in the production of cosmetic and hygiene products. It is not recommended to fill it with products at very high temperatures or to expose the packaging to a long-term action of heat sources, in order to avoid undesirable changes in the shape or properties of the material. When working with warmer emulsions, we always recommend performing a test filling on a small sample.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we first recommend removing product residues and separating it into individual parts (bottle body, dispenser and possibly cap). Then adapt the method of recycling to the information about the material given in the product parameters – according to this, sort the packaging into the appropriate container designated for that type of plastic. If you are not sure about local sorting rules, follow the recommendations of your waste management provider. By correct sorting, you reduce the environmental burden and at the same time hygienically conclude the life cycle of the packaging.
To select suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to several parameters – especially according to the neck type and diameter, overall size, colour and material. By combining these options you can easily find a bottle, pill bottle, jar or dispensing system that best corresponds to the specific product, your filling technology and the visual requirements of the brand.
