Technical parameters

For plastic packaging made of PET material it must be taken into account that they are not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. When heated, gradual deformation of the packaging and deterioration of sealing may occur.
Such plastic packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle manual cleaning and disinfection according to the recommended procedures is advised.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to hand it over to sorted waste collection according to the plastic type indicated in the parameter table for the product, so that it can be properly recycled.

Can this plastic bottle be safely reused?

The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected – we recommend using alcohol-based disinfectant solutions, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate completely and only then refill the packaging.

How should I care for the plastic packaging so that it does not deform and remains usable for a long time?

For plastic packaging made of PET material it is important to avoid high temperatures and direct contact with hot water or steam. Do not wash the bottle in a dishwasher and do not boil it, in order to prevent deformation of the walls or cap. For cleaning, use lukewarm water, a mild detergent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol. When drying, let the packaging drain freely and air out so that moisture does not remain trapped inside.

Is this type of bottle suitable for travelling and carrying in a handbag?
