Plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and lightweight packaging solution suitable for various liquid preparations where fine and even misting is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional spray pump, it is ideal for cosmetic products, cleaning solutions and homemade blends based on water or hydrolats. This packaging makes dosing easier, minimizes product wastage and increases user comfort in everyday use.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly provided hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Only after all parts are completely dry is the packaging ready for safe further use.
PET material is resistant to normal mechanical stress, but it is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. For this reason, boiling, sterilisation with hot steam and dishwashing are not recommended, as the packaging may deform or the functionality of the spray pump may deteriorate. For cleaning, lukewarm water with a mild detergent is sufficient, followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol, and it is important to let all parts dry thoroughly after rinsing.
The bottle is particularly ideal for low-viscosity liquids based on water, hydrolats or alcohols, for example face and body sprays, hair tonics, air and fabric fresheners or gentle cleaning solutions. For formulations with a higher content of oils or viscosity-increasing components, we recommend carrying out a practical test first to verify that the spray pump dispenses the product evenly and without clogging.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material type indicated in the product parameters. The body of the bottle made of PET plastic is usually sorted into the container for plastic waste; it is advisable to empty it before disposal and, if necessary, rinse out any remaining contents. The spray pump may be made of a combination of several plastics, so according to local sorting rules it is usually also placed in plastic collection. Such a test will help you verify that the chosen packaging is suitable for your product in the long term.
