The bottle with dispenser is primarily intended for liquid and lightly gelled formulations that can be comfortably expelled through the dispensing mechanism. With very thick creams or balms, dispensing may be limited, which is why we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging before introducing it into series production.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination or an impact on the stability of the new batch. For disinfection we recommend, for example, using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of cosmetic grade, available in the offer under the names IPA 99% isopropyl alkohol and etanol 96% denaturovaný rastlinný. After cleaning, allow the bottle and dispenser to dry completely, check the functionality of the mechanism and only then proceed to refilling.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically removing dust from the packaging, then rinsing it with a suitable cleaning solution and finally disinfecting it with an alcohol-based product for cosmetic packaging. After disinfection, let the glass and the dispenser dry freely at room temperature so that no liquid residues remain in the system. For sensitive formulations it is advisable to perform a compatibility test even after the cleaning process, to verify that the chosen maintenance method has not affected the operation of the dispensing mechanism or the stability of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the materials specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser must be sorted according to their material composition. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the packaging as much as possible, remove product residues and, if possible, separate the individual parts from each other to make sorting more efficient.
