Thanks to this, you can easily select compatible packaging as well as a corresponding closure or dispenser exactly according to the needs of your product.

The glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for reuse with a new formulation.

Before repeated use we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly removing residues of the original product and then rinsing it with clean water. After washing, it is appropriate to disinfect the packaging and the dosing mechanism with alcoholic solutions, for example using products such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly on a clean surface and only then refill the container.

The integrated dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations for which controlled application in a small amount is important. In practice these are, for example, facial and hair serums, lighter oil blends, treatment cures, special concentrates or preparations intended for local application. For thicker emulsions or gels we recommend testing the dosing on a small sample in order to verify the smooth operation of the mechanism.

We recommend storing products in the bottle in a dry, clean place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Even though the darker glass helps to limit light penetration, for sensitive formulations it is advisable to choose rather a cooler and stable environment. Keep the dispenser clean, remove product residues from its surface after use and always close the bottle thoroughly to minimise the contact of the contents with air.

If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Place the glass part of the packaging in the container intended for glass and sort the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser according to local waste collection rules. By separating the individual components you help more efficient recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
