Plastic bottle, blue is a practical packaging designed for safe and hygienic packaging of especially liquid products in cosmetics and food segment. The coloured design helps to reduce light transmission to the contents, which is useful for more light-sensitive formulations or for products where you want to promote more stable storage. The bottle is suitable for both regular use and smaller batches and, combined with the right cap, allows for convenient dispensing.
The vials are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - we recommend using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
PET material is not suitable for high temperatures as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling.
We recommend doing a sample test: fill the packaging with the final formulation, close with the chosen closure and observe the tightness, dosage and behaviour of the packaging over time (e.g. during storage, carrying and after re-opening). For ingredients that may interfere with seal or closure materials, compatibility testing is particularly important.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it according to the material specified in the product parameters. Empty the packaging, rinse if necessary, and sort it into the plastic collection. We recommend separating and sorting the cap or dispenser according to the material of the specific part in accordance with local regulations.
The coloured design helps to reduce light access to the contents, which is advantageous for more sensitive formulations. A clear bottle, on the other hand, is practical when you need to visually check the condition and level of the product.
