Plastic bottle with flip top cap represents a practical solution for packaging liquid cosmetic products and other liquid formulations where controlled and clean dispensing is important. Thanks to its well-designed shape and smooth surface, the bottle fits comfortably in the hand and is suitable for both home and professional use in smaller and larger production runs.
The flip top type cap enables quick one-handed opening and closing, which reduces the risk of contamination of the contents and unwanted leaking. The packaging is designed to withstand common cosmetic formulations and to provide reliable protection of liquids during storage and transport.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a flip top cap, which is designed for easy dispensing of liquid and semi-liquid products. The combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be refilled repeatedly for both home and professional use, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for further use.
For cleaning, we recommend hand washing with lukewarm water and mild soap or a suitable cleaning agent, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with alcohol. PET plastic should not be exposed to high temperatures – do not put the bottle in the dishwasher and do not boil it, in order to avoid deformation of the packaging or deterioration of the cap’s sealing performance.
Yes, the lightweight plastic construction and flip top cap make this bottle a practical solution for the bathroom as well as for travelling. The packaging is unbreakable under normal use and the cap helps to limit unwanted leakage when properly snapped shut. During transport we recommend storing the bottle in an upright position and always checking that the cap is firmly closed.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. Then dispose of it according to the recommendations given for the material composition in the product parameters – the type of plastic can be found directly in the parameter table. In general, clean plastic packaging belongs in the separate plastic collection according to local rules, thereby supporting a responsible approach to waste.
PET material is not intended for contact with very hot fillings. High temperatures can lead to deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the cap’s sealing performance. We recommend filling only cooled or room temperature formulations. For the same reason this packaging is not suitable for sterilisation by boiling or for drying at high temperatures.
