Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if you observe basic hygiene rules and suitable storage conditions. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or denatured ethanol Ethanol 96 %. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry completely to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product being prepared.
First rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild, well-soluble cleaning agent and thoroughly remove any residues of the original contents. We then recommend rinsing the internal surfaces with a disinfectant solution prepared from isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Do not boil the bottle or the closure, and do not place them in a dishwasher, in order to avoid damage to the plastic. After disinfection, allow all parts to air dry at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before recycling, remove any remaining contents and, if necessary, labels. Place the bottle in the appropriate container for separate collection of plastics or other material specified for the product, in accordance with local waste management regulations. In this way you support the efficient use of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, nor to be sterilised in boiling water or in a dishwasher. Under excessive thermal stress there is a risk of deformation of the walls and the closure, which may affect the tightness and functionality of the bottle. For hygienic treatment, therefore, choose chemical disinfection using alcohol and work at normal room temperatures, which are suitable for this type of packaging.
