Blue plastic bottle with white cap represents a practical packaging material for modern cosmetic formulations as well as artisan recipes. The durable plastic bottle is ideal for filling various liquid or slightly viscous products, while providing reliable protection of the contents during storage and use. Thanks to the carefully chosen material and shape, it is suitable for small and medium product batches, home projects and semi‑professional production.
This type of packaging is designed to make dosing and handling easier, whether it is used for facial, body or hair care, or for concentrated blends. The cap ensures practical and secure closure, which minimizes the risk of leakage, contamination and degradation of the product during normal use and during transport.
Plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected directly in the e‑shop. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol component, surface‑active substances, etc.).
Since this is plastic packaging, when selecting a dispenser or closure it is advisable to take into account not only the type of neck thread, but also the intended way the product will be used – everyday dosing, professional salon use or occasional application in smaller quantities.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the complete technical documentation, including information on the material used, suitable content types and storage conditions, so that you can integrate the packaging optimally into your production processes.
Before the first filling we recommend thoroughly checking the container, rinsing it according to the nature of the intended product and then disinfecting it. For disinfecting the surface and the interior of the container, alcohol‑based products are suitable, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After treatment, the bottle must be allowed to dry completely at room temperature so that no residues of cleaning agent or water remain, which could affect the stability of the product being prepared.
The container can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed and appropriate cleaning is carried out between individual fillings. Before each new use, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol‑based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. We recommend the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based. After treatment, allow the container to dry completely. For plastic bottles it also applies that they are not suitable for exposure to high temperatures; it is not recommended to boil them or wash them in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation or weakening of the material.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is advisable to place it in sorted waste collection according to the recommendation specified in the product parameters and the recycling symbol on the packaging. Before handing it over for collection, the container must be emptied and any product residues wiped away or rinsed out with an appropriate amount of water. Ideally, the cap should be separated if it is made from a different type of plastic than the bottle body. In this way you support a more efficient recycling process and reduce the amount of waste in municipal refuse. Always adapt the specific type of container to the recycling symbol and the guidelines of the local collection system.
It is best suited for liquid and less viscous cosmetic products such as facial waters, toners, hair lotions, light body and face milks, serums with a thinner consistency, or auxiliary working solutions used during formulation. Thanks to the practical closure, it is also suitable for products that are used daily or several times a day – with a properly chosen dispensing component it allows precise and comfortable application without unnecessary waste.
