With very dense creams, dosing may be limited or uneven, so we recommend always performing a trial filling and verifying the smooth operation of the pump before the final filling of a larger batch.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, then remove the excess and let the packaging dry completely. When changing the type of product (for example, from an oil to a water-based preparation), we recommend particularly thorough cleaning so that the new formulation is not affected.

It is advisable, after emptying the bottle, to rinse the dispenser several times with warm (not boiling) water, or with a mild soapy solution, pressing the pump several times so that the solution reaches the entire mechanism. Then rinse it with clean water, let it drain off and dry thoroughly. After drying, the internal parts can be disinfected by spraying or rinsing with a suitable alcoholic disinfectant and again left to dry completely. We do not recommend mechanically dismantling the dispenser without experience in order to avoid damaging the seal or the spring.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters and on the recycling marking of the packaging. It is appropriate to separate the bottle and the dispenser, or divide them into several parts if they are made of different materials. Remove product residues so that they do not interfere with the recycling process.
