Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser with smoked top represents a practical and professional packaging for creamy and gel-based preparations that enables convenient, hygienic and precise dosing. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the little bottle is suitable for filling thicker emulsions, serums and creams that require protected and controlled dispensing without contact of the contents with air more than is necessary during normal use.
The packaging is designed to provide optimal protection of cosmetic formulations against contamination and at the same time to facilitate dosing during everyday use. The smoked top part gives the bottle an elegant appearance and helps visually distinguish the product in the brand portfolio or in home-made production.
This type of cosmetic bottle belongs among stand-alone packaging components that are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the product detail. With a correctly chosen neck, it is possible to combine, for example, screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators, always depending on the specific version of the packaging offered in the e‑shop.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and trouble-free use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for creams, emulsions and gels of normal to medium viscosity. For very thick or high-oil formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling on a smaller sample in order to verify smooth dosing and correct function of the mechanism. If the cream comes out of the dispenser with great difficulty or not at all, it is appropriate to adjust its consistency or choose another type of packaging, for example a jar or a wider container.
Before the first filling we recommend dismantling the packaging into the accessible parts and mechanically cleaning it from dust and impurities. Afterwards it is suitable to disinfect the internal surfaces of the packaging with an appropriate alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. After thorough evaporation of the alcohol and drying, you can fill the bottle with cream under hygienic conditions, ideally in a clean working environment with minimized contact with the skin.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially for own-brand or artisan cosmetics. Before each new filling it is necessary to empty the bottle as thoroughly as possible, clean it mechanically and then thoroughly disinfect the internal surfaces and the dispensing mechanism. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol (for example the product IPA 99) or denatured ethanol of plant origin, which are available in the e‑shop’s range. After cleaning and complete drying, the packaging can be filled again with a new product.
First we recommend removing the remains of the original product by mechanically rinsing and, if necessary, with a mild non-abrasive cleaning agent suitable for plastic material. Afterwards it is appropriate to disinfect the rinsed packaging with alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol available in the product IPA 99 isopropyl alcohol 1 l or denatured ethanol from the product Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging and the dispenser dry thoroughly at room temperature so that the remaining alcohol completely evaporates before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we primarily recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic material stated in the product parameters and on the marking of the packaging itself. Before handing it over to sorted waste, it is suitable to empty the bottle as much as possible and, if necessary, quickly rinse the remaining contents. Then place the packaging into the container designated for the given type of plastic according to local waste-sorting rules. In this way you help to reduce the amount of waste and support a more sustainable approach to the use of packaging material.
To select the right packaging you can use the extended filter, which you will find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the extended filter it is possible to conveniently filter packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material, which enables you to quickly narrow the offer to packaging suitable for your specific product. By combining these parameters you can search for bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that will best suit the consistency, dosing method and visual requirements of your product.
