Plastic bottle – pill bottle with white dispenser represents a practical packaging for various liquid preparations where precise and hygienic dosing is important. Thanks to the reliable pump mechanism, it allows convenient application of cosmetic and laboratory solutions without unnecessary contact with the contents. The packaging is designed to ensure the stability of the stored product and to support its professional presentation. The PET material of the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for everyday use in home cosmetics, artisanal production and small-scale manufacturing.
This bottle with integrated dispenser forms a complete functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dispenser behaviour and packaging stability in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, active substances or alcohol).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When working with this packaging, it is important to respect the properties of the PET material. PET plastic is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, because excessive heating can lead to deformation of the bottle and deterioration of the dosing mechanism’s functionality. This packaging is not intended for dishwashing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning and disinfection we recommend using suitable disinfectant solutions at room temperature according to the recommendations in the FAQ section.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are observed, especially within your own home or artisanal production. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
For cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water with a mild, well-soluble cleaning agent and gentle mechanical rinsing without aggressive scrubbing. PET material is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, therefore avoid hot water, boiling and dishwashing in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and compromise of the dispenser’s tightness. After washing, rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water, allow it to dry completely and then perform disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution according to the type of formulation you plan to fill.
This packaging made of PET plastic is not intended for dishwashing in a dishwasher or for thermal sterilisation by boiling. High temperature may cause deformation of the bottle walls, deterioration of the dispenser’s function and a reduction in the overall stability of the packaging. If you need to prepare the packaging hygienically for further use, choose a combination of thorough washing in lukewarm water and chemical disinfection with suitable alcohol at room temperature, such as isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol according to the offer in the Handymade e‑shop.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. PET packaging is usually collected in containers for plastics, and it is appropriate to separate the dispenser from the bottle body where possible. Local waste sorting rules may differ, so also follow the recommendations of your collection system. Before handing it over for recycling, make sure that no residues of concentrated or hard-to-remove substances remain in the packaging.
