The packaging can be used repeatedly with gentle handling; however, we recommend using it only with products of a similar type (for example consistently cosmetic emulsions or creams). Before each refilling, the bottle and the dosing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the treatment, allow all parts to dry well and only then refill the packaging.

Before a new filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle into its individual parts, gently rinsing it with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with clean water and subsequently disinfecting it with alcohol (for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol). After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. Avoid aggressive solvents, abrasive sponges and high temperatures so that the plastic or the sealing elements of the dispenser are not damaged.

The dosing applicator allows hygienic use even outside the home and reduces the risk of leakage when the closure is correctly screwed on. When travelling, however, we always recommend placing the bottle in an upright position and, where possible, transporting it in a resealable bag or cosmetic pouch.

When filling, we recommend working with clean tools (for example a small spatula or a funnel) and trying to keep the neck and thread of the container as clean as possible. Do not overfill the bottle – leave a small air gap so that the dosing system can function properly. After filling, carefully clean the outer part of the neck and only then screw on the closure with applicator. It is always advisable to perform a trial dosing to verify the smoothness and consistency of the product output.

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. The material of the bottle and the closure is marked with a recycling symbol, according to which you can place it in the appropriate separated waste (for example a container for plastics with the given marking). Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the packaging, wipe off any product residues with paper and, if possible, separate different materials (for example unscrew the closure). By correct sorting you will support the reuse of plastic and the reduction of environmental burden.
