Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with black sprayer and cap represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for filling cosmetic and technical preparations with a fine spray dispersion. The sprayer enables comfortable and even application of liquids directly onto the skin, hair, surface or into the air, depending on the chosen formulation. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the bottle is also ideal for travel, tester packaging and home handmade products.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for filling various types of liquid preparations – from water-based solutions and alcohol-based formulations to light oil blends, provided they are compatible with the plastic used and the sprayer mechanism. Closing with the cap minimizes the risk of accidental pressing of the pump during storage or when carried in a bag or cosmetic pouch.
This bottle is supplied directly in combination with the sprayer and cap, which makes it a ready-made, functional packaging prepared for filling. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging will also function reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused with appropriate handling and without damage to the sprayer mechanism, always under strict hygiene conditions. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected – we recommend using technical alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely before filling the bottle again.
The packaging is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids such as toners, hydrolats, water-based solutions, alcohol disinfectant sprays, light hair waters and room or textile sprays. For thicker emulsions and oils, a trial filling is always required to verify whether the sprayer provides smooth operation and the desired spray pattern. It is not recommended to fill very thick gels or emulsions that could clog the nozzle or overload the pump mechanism.
Before reuse, the bottle and sprayer must be mechanically cleaned (thoroughly rinsed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent), then sprayed through several times with clean water to remove residues of the original product. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging using alcohol, for example with the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. It is also advisable to spray the disinfectant solution through the sprayer in order to disinfect the internal capillary. Afterwards, allow all parts to air-dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend emptying it, performing a basic cleaning and recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameter table on the Handymade website. After removal of product residues, the bottle and sprayer should be placed into the appropriate container for sorted plastic waste or combined plastic packaging, according to local regulations. Before placing them into the container, it is advisable to separate the individual components as much as possible (bottle body, pump, cap) to facilitate sorting in the recycling process. When handling packaging that has contained more aggressive chemical substances, follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the filled substance.

In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters at once – neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the selection only to those solutions that are suitable for your product and at the same time compatible with the required type of closure or dispenser. For specific formulations, we recommend that after choosing the packaging you always carry out a trial filling and compatibility test.
