The glass vial with white ribbed child-resistant cap represents a reliable and hygienic packaging suitable for filling various liquid preparations, such as cosmetic serums, drops or concentrated solutions. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the safety closure with child-resistant feature, it is ideal for products that require precise dosing, protection against unintended opening and long-term stability during storage and use.
The vial is designed to withstand typical conditions in both home and professional production – from smaller test batches to finished products intended for sale. The glass body of the packaging provides a robust and chemically stable container for water-based and oil-based formulations, while the ribbed cap with safety device helps keep the contents securely closed.
The glass vials in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected when ordering. The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the vial can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and take into account the nature of the product being filled. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the container and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the stability of the final product.
Before first use we recommend mechanically washing the vial (for example with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent), rinsing it thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to rinse or spray the inner space of the packaging with disinfecting alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with plant-based ethanol, and then again allow the alcohol residues to evaporate. Only then is the packaging ready to be filled with your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the parameter table on the product page. The glass part of the vial can usually be placed in the container designated for glass (typically green or white), while the plastic cap belongs in the sorted plastic waste, unless local recycling rules state otherwise. Before being handed over for recycling, the packaging should be emptied and cleared of any coarse product residues.
The glass vial is suitable for a wide range of water-based and oil-based formulations that are used in small doses – in particular serums, concentrates, oil elixirs, drop blends or technical solutions for precise application. For very aggressive or atypical ingredients, we recommend performing your own compatibility test of the packaging with the formulation to verify long-term stability and the preservation of product properties.
