Glass dropper bottle represents a professional solution for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations. The amber glass helps protect more sensitive formulations from external influences and, together with the functional dropper, creates reliable packaging for cosmetic and artisanal products in smaller doses. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, this bottle is suitable for products where controlled drop-by-drop application and aesthetically clean packaging are required.
This product represents a complete combination of glass dropper bottle and dropper, designed for practical and precise dosing of liquid preparations. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for preparations with higher acid or alcohol content or with unconventional raw materials.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed; however, it is recommended to reserve one bottle for a specific type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the usability of the final product.
Before first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with water and a mild detergent suitable for laboratory or cosmetic equipment) and rinsing it thoroughly so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. It is then advisable to disinfect the interior of the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable, and allow it to dry completely at room temperature. For the dropper, it is important to pay particular attention to the pipette and the rubber part to prevent impurities from being introduced into the prepared product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass dropper bottle can generally, after emptying and basic cleaning, be sorted into the appropriate glass container, while the dropper closure (a combination of plastic, possibly metal and rubber) is classified as mixed or plastic waste according to local recommendations. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove product residues to avoid contaminating other recycled material.
The dropper bottle is ideal for concentrated preparations that require precise and controlled dosing in small amounts. In practice, it is used mainly for serums, oil elixirs, intensive active blends, treatment oils for the face or nails and aromatherapeutic compositions that are applied drop by drop. The dropper helps prevent excessive product withdrawal and reduces the risk of contamination of the contents during handling.
