Can this glass bottle with spray pump be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. When re-using, differentiate products by type (for example, do not mix cosmetics with cleaning agents in the same bottle) and always carry out a compatibility test with the new formulation.

How should I properly clean the bottle and spray pump before refilling?

First mechanically rinse the glass bottle with warm water and a suitable detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inside of the bottle with a small amount of alcohol, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. We recommend rinsing the spray pump with water and then also with an alcohol solution so that it passes through the entire dispensing mechanism. Before refilling, allow all components to dry completely.

For which product types is this spray packaging most suitable?

For thick emulsions, gels or oils with very high viscosity, a classic spray mechanism is not ideal; in such cases we recommend using other types of dispensers or pumps available in the packaging range.

How should I correctly recycle the packaging if I no longer want to re-use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend its environmentally friendly disposal by recycling according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can generally be placed, after emptying and basic rinsing, in the glass recycling container, while plastic or combined parts (for example the spray pump) belong in the separated plastic collection according to the instructions of your local waste collector. Before handing the packaging over for recycling, remove any product residues and the label if required by the sorting system in your municipality.
