The plastic push-pull cap is a practical closure with a pull-out top part that enables quick opening and convenient dispensing without unscrewing. It is particularly suitable where you want to keep dispensing under control and at the same time keep the bottle neck hygienically closed between individual uses. Thanks to the push-pull mechanism, the closure can be opened and closed easily even with one hand, which you will appreciate in everyday use.
The closure is designed to be combined with bottles with a matching thread according to the product parameters. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The closure is made of PP (polypropylene). This material is dimensionally stable and suitable for everyday use under normal handling.
The push-pull closure has a pull-out top part – after pulling it out, the opening is accessible for dispensing and after pushing it back, the closure closes. It allows quick dispensing without the need for unscrewing.
It is most often used for liquid and more viscous products where you need controlled dispensing (for example soaps, gels, shampoos or cleaning solutions). For specific formulations, we always recommend testing dispensing and sealing.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before filling, the closure must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured, plant-based ethanol, and then allowed to dry completely.
If you decide not to reuse the closure, we recommend recycling it after cleaning. Sort it with plastics according to the material specified in the product parameters (PP) and the local sorting rules. If the closure is part of a multi-component packaging, sort the individual parts separately according to the options available in your municipality.
