Glass bottle – dropper bottle with black cap and pourer insert is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and controlled dosing of drops and liquids. The combination of durable glass and a practical closure with a pourer insert helps protect the contents from contamination, limits the product’s contact with air and makes use easier even during everyday application.
Thanks to accurate dosing, this dropper bottle is ideal for filling cosmetic preparations, serums, oils or concentrated blends where a repeatable dose and a clean flow without unnecessary spillage are important. The glass material is stable, chemically resistant and popular for formulations containing active ingredients or aromatic components that require reliable and safe packaging.
This glass bottle – dropper bottle is supplied with a black cap and pourer insert and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems within the same neck parameters. Depending on the chosen variant, it is possible to use, for example, screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, which make it possible to adapt the packaging to the specific type of product and method of use.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging will cooperate reliably with your product in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
Glass packaging is generally very popular for formulations containing essential and aromatic oils thanks to the good chemical stability of the material. However, we recommend always testing the specific formula in this packaging – especially at higher concentrations of essential oils or with unconventional raw materials. A short stability test (e.g. several weeks under normal conditions) will help you verify the behaviour of the product in contact with the packaging and the pourer insert.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the bottle suitable for refilling. When changing the type of product (for example from a cosmetic oil to another formulation) we recommend making a trial filling and checking that no residues of the original product or odour remain in the packaging.
First remove any residues of the original product, for example by rinsing with a suitable solvent (according to the formulation type) and then with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging with clean water and disinfecting it with alcohol – for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Allow the bottle and the cap with pourer insert to dry completely at room temperature before using them again. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should be emptied, freed of any product residues and placed in a container designated for glass according to local waste sorting rules. Plastic parts such as the cap or pourer insert should ideally be separated and placed in the appropriate separate plastic collection, if the local system allows it. By following these principles, you will contribute to more sustainable use of resources and to reducing the amount of mixed waste.
The fastest way is to use the advanced filter that you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, dropper bottles or jars). In the advanced filter you can clearly set key parameters – in particular the neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these criteria, you will quickly narrow the offer down to only those packaging options that meet the requirements of your product and filling technology.
