The plastic pill jar with white cap is a practical and hygienic packaging suitable for the safe storage and dosing of various solid preparations, such as tablets, capsules or fine loose blends. Thanks to its reclosable system, it helps protect the contents against impurities and moisture and makes handling and accurate dosing easier in everyday use.
The lightweight plastic pill bottle is designed to be comfortable for carrying, storage and long-term use at home, in the laboratory or in professional facilities. The high-quality packaging material provides good stability, mechanical resistance and easy surface maintenance, making it suitable for manufacturers and small-scale producers of supplements and cosmetic preparations.
This packaging is supplied as a ready-made combination of jar and cap, so it is immediately ready for filling and use without the need to select an additional closure or dispensing system. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging is optimally suited to your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. We recommend studying them before filling and taking them into account in the design, storage and use of your product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled appropriately and if the surface and the thread are not damaged. However, with every refilling it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles – wash the jar thoroughly, dry it and disinfect it before reuse. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures the safety of the contents during further use.
For cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water and a suitable, mild cleaning agent that does not leave residues or a strong odour. After washing, it is important to rinse the jar and cap thoroughly with clean water and dry them completely in order to prevent the formation of moisture inside the packaging. Do not use aggressive chemicals, abrasive sponges and do not expose the packaging to extreme temperatures that could negatively affect the material or the sealing ability of the cap.
Store tablets and capsules in the closed jar in a dry, clean and well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Do not leave the packaging in a high-humidity environment in order to minimise the risk of caking or damage to the contents. For professional use, always follow the internal standards and recommendations of the manufacturer of the packaged preparation, including the temperature regime and maximum period of use.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it, mechanically cleaning off any residues of the original contents and separating the individual parts (body of the jar and cap), if possible. Subsequent recycling should be based on the information on the material type given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website – according to this, place the packaging in the appropriate category of sorted waste. If you are not sure about the category, follow the local waste sorting rules or hand the packaging over at a collection point, where they will recommend a suitable method of disposal. In this way you contribute to effective recycling and to reducing the amount of mixed waste.
To select the right packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, jars, pots or accessories) you will find the advanced filter in the upper part of the page. In it you can conveniently set parameters such as neck type and size, volume or size of the packaging, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find packaging that matches your technical and design requirements, and you can easily combine them within a single product or product line.
