Brown plastic medicine bottle 100 ml is a practical and reliable bottle made from durable plastic material, suitable for packaging various liquid and powdered preparations. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and high-quality design, the packaging is ideal for cosmetic formulations, technical solutions and concentrated blends where precise handling and safe preservation of the contents are important.
The brown version of the packaging contributes to reducing light exposure, which helps to protect more sensitive components from undesirable degradation. The resealable bottle is suitable for products that require reliable sealing and protection against contamination, while offering comfortable dosing and easy integration into both professional and home production.
Individual bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The brown colouring of the packaging helps to limit light reaching the contents, which can be beneficial for formulations that are sensitive to light. However, it is always necessary to take into account the specific composition of the product and to verify the compatibility of the packaging with the given formula by means of your own stability test (change in colour, viscosity, odour, etc.). For highly reactive or highly concentrated substances we recommend carrying out a trial on a smaller volume and monitoring the behaviour of the product over time.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles and appropriate cleaning are observed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable interaction of residues of the original product with the new filling. Always also check whether the packaging is undamaged and the sealing functions reliably.
First remove residues of the original product by rinsing with warm (not boiling) water and a mild cleaning agent. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. After drying it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface by rinsing or spraying with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For plastic packaging avoid very hot water and boiling so as not to cause deformation or reduce the functionality of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for this medicine bottle on the Handymade website. First remove any product residues, rinse the packaging and, according to the material marking, sort it into the appropriate container for separated waste (for example plastic). The closure may be made from a different material than the bottle body, so also check its marking and recycle it separately if appropriate. By following these principles you support effective recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
To select a suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, medicine bottles or cosmetic packaging). Using the filter you can sort the packaging according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that meets the requirements of your formula as well as the planned dosing and the design of the final product.
