The plastic medicine bottle with black aluminium cap represents a professional solution for packaging various liquid and powder preparations in cosmetics and in home formulation. The practical bottle provides reliable closure and clean dispensing, making it suitable for products where content protection and convenient handling are important. The smooth surface of the packaging allows easy marking, labelling and branding according to your needs.
The separate bottle with a neck designed for standardised closing is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed; however, we always recommend assessing the suitability of repeated use for the specific type of formulation. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and the impact on product stability.
First remove residues of the original content from the packaging by rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and water, paying attention also to the thread and inner walls of the bottle. We then recommend applying disinfection with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough drying in a clean environment, the packaging is ready for the next filling, and it is advisable to carry out a trial filling of a small sample of the formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove any remaining content and labels as far as possible. Place the plastic bottle in the appropriate container according to its material and recycle the aluminium cap separately in a collection bin intended for metals, if the local waste sorting system allows it. By following these steps, you support efficient material processing and reduction of environmental burden.
Yes, the compact bottle is also suitable for testing new recipes, stability and compatibility of raw materials in smaller quantities. Thanks to the practical closure, it is easy to monitor the behaviour of the product during storage or transport. When developing new formulations, we always recommend carrying out your own tests focused on compatibility of the content with the packaging, especially for products with a higher content of active substances or solvents.
