The plastic bottle with disc-top closure is a practical and aesthetic packaging for cosmetic and hygiene preparations which, thanks to its shape and surface finish, facilitates dosing and sits comfortably in the hand. It is suitable for filling liquid and slightly gel-like products that require convenient, controlled dispensing without excessive contact of the contents with air. In combination with the gold disc-top cap with a black center, the packaging looks elegant and representative, so it is also suitable for premium or gift packaging.
This bottle is supplied directly in combination with a disc-top closure, which allows practical dispensing of the product without the need to completely unscrew the cap. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to be sure that the packaging is suitable specifically for your product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled properly and not damaged, but it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the lifetime of the product in the bottle.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the packaging thoroughly with a suitable detergent, then with clean water and, after drying, applying disinfection. To disinfect the inner surface and the closure, it is appropriate to use an alcohol solution, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly and then let the packaging dry completely at room temperature so that no residual moisture remains that could affect the stability of the new product.

The compact shape and the secure closing of the disc-top cap make this bottle a practical choice also for travelling. Under normal use and with the cap properly snapped shut, the risk of unintended leakage is reduced. However, we recommend always carrying the packaging with liquid in an upright position and, in the case of very thin or high-value products, storing it as a precaution in a separate resealable bag or pouch, especially during air travel and in the case of significant pressure fluctuations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that, after thoroughly emptying and basic rinsing, you place it in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters on the website. Before placing the bottle and cap into the appropriate container, it is advisable to remove product residues and, where possible, separate the individual parts (for example the bottle body and the closure) so that the recycling process is more efficient. The recycling symbol and the information about the material will help you determine whether it belongs with plastics or another collection fraction within your local waste separation system.
