The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and reliable packaging solution for liquid and gel formulations where controlled and hygienic dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a rigid plastic bottle and a functional dispenser, it is suitable for filling products that require convenient application without unnecessary wastage of the contents. This type of packaging is popular for cosmetics as well as for professional preparations for the household or workshop, where good protection of the mixture and material stability during storage and use are required.
This product is a ready-made combination of bottle and dispenser, which makes it immediately usable for filling and dosing your formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal performance during long-term use.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the material is compatible with the filled product. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, rinse the bottle and the dispenser mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and warm (not boiling) water to remove residues of the original product. Then treat the internal surfaces with an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% plant ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to drain thoroughly and dry at room temperature, and only then use the packaging again. In this way you ensure hygienic conditions during filling and use.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures or for boiling. When exposed to hot water or drying cycles in a dishwasher, the packaging may undesirably soften or deform and the functionality of the dispenser may deteriorate. We therefore recommend cleaning the container by hand, in moderately warm water and without extreme thermal load. Such a gentle approach will extend the service life of the packaging and the dispensing mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the product parameters on the page. Before handing the bottle and dispenser over for separate collection, empty them as thoroughly as possible and remove any remaining contents. Then place them in the appropriate container according to the recycling marking of the material. Following these principles helps to reduce the amount of waste and allows the material to re-enter the recycling cycle.
