FAQ – Most frequent questions

Is this bottle suitable also for thicker emulsions or only for liquid products?

The integrated dispenser is primarily intended for liquid and easily flowing formulations such as toners, serums, aqueous solutions and lighter fluids. Thicker creams and highly viscous emulsions may reduce the smoothness of dosing, therefore we recommend always preparing a trial sample, filling it into the packaging and testing the dosing under real conditions of use.

Can I use this medicine bottle repeatedly, and how should I clean it properly?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, but we always recommend using it again only for a similar type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfecting the inner surfaces and the surface of the packaging, it is suitable to use technical alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill it.

How can I properly recycle this bottle if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. First empty the remaining contents, rinse the packaging roughly and dispose of the bottle and the dispenser in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic stated for the product. Correct sorting according to official recycling symbols helps improve the recycling rate and reduces the amount of waste.

How can I protect the contents in this medicine bottle from deterioration during storage?

To preserve the quality of the contents, it is important to store the filled bottle in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Keep the dispenser clean, always close it carefully after use to minimise contact of air with the product.
