Is this bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for reuse.

How can I properly clean this bottle before first use?

Before first use, we recommend rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and parts that come into contact with the product using alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). This will reduce the risk of contamination of the new product.

Is it possible to use the dispenser also for thicker emulsions and gels?

The dispenser is suitable for most common liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products. However, for very thick emulsions or gels we recommend performing a trial filling and testing the smoothness and uniformity of dispensing. If the product is too viscous, it may be necessary to adjust the formula or to choose a different type of packaging and closure.

How should I correctly dispose of or recycle this packaging if I do not wish to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to separate the bottle and the dispenser and remove any product residues and labels so that the sorting is more efficient.
