The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the cap in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination or unwanted reactions with the new filling. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After rinsing and disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely, and only then refill it.

For routine cleaning, lukewarm water with a mild soap or a suitable cleaning agent is sufficient, followed by thorough rinsing and optionally disinfection with alcohol. The plastic material of this type is not intended for exposure to high temperatures – in contact with hot water, boiling or dishwashing, it may become deformed or the properties of the cap may deteriorate. Therefore it is not recommended to boil the packaging, sterilize it in steam or clean it in a dishwasher; cleaning should be carried out at moderate temperatures, manually and gently.

The disc-top cap works on the principle of pressing one part of the lid, which opens the dispensing orifice and allows controlled extrusion of the contents. For the first use, we recommend testing a small amount of product to check the flow intensity under different pressure on the bottle walls. Thicker gels or emulsions may require slightly stronger squeezing, while more liquid solutions flow out easily and smoothly. After use, always close the cap again to minimize air access and possible unwanted leakage during transport.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended according to the recommendations given in the product parameters. Before disposal, empty the bottle and cap as much as possible and rinse away product residues to facilitate subsequent processing. Then place the plastic packaging in the separate collection according to local rules (usually in the container for plastics) and follow the symbols and material information in the parameter table next to the product. In this way you will support more efficient recycling processes and reduce the amount of waste.
