Is this bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the closure and then disinfect them, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Disinfection helps to minimize microbiological risks and to protect the stability of your formulation.

How should I correctly dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing any remaining contents. It is then appropriate to follow the recycling recommendations given in the product parameters and in the relevant material marking on the packaging. According to the material indicated, choose the correct sorted waste stream (for example plastic) and separate the bottle from the closure if they are made from different materials. In general, it is not recommended to expose plastic bottles to high temperatures in order to avoid deformation or deterioration of the packaging properties. It is suitable to fill products at temperatures that are in accordance with the recommendation for the specific type of plastic and the construction of the packaging.

How can I ensure that the disc top closure seals well and dispenses my product correctly?

Before fitting the closure, we recommend checking the cleanliness of the bottle neck and of the closure itself so that no product residues or impurities remain on the sealing surfaces. After filling the bottle, tighten the closure firmly and perform several practical tests – a leakage test by turning the bottle upside down, a dosing test during normal use and observation of whether the product enters the closure space during longer storage. Such simple testing will allow you to verify the compatibility of your formulation with the specific packaging.
