The plastic bottle with white and gold dispenser represents a practical packaging for liquid products where comfortable and controlled dosing is important. Thanks to the reliable pump mechanism, it is suitable for packing various cosmetic preparations as well as home formulations that require hygienic and reusable packaging. The stable plastic material protects the contents from external influences and makes handling easier in the bathroom, in the salon and while travelling.
This product forms an integrated combination of bottle and dispenser, designed to provide functional and reliable dosing. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and monitor the condition of the material (any damage, cracks or wear of the pump). Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based and, after applying the disinfectant, let the inside of the packaging and the dispenser dry thoroughly.
Before repeated filling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and pump in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing them to dry. Then apply an alcohol-based disinfectant (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) so that it comes into contact with the inner surface of the container as well as with the parts of the dispenser that are in contact with the product. After disinfection, let all parts air out and dry thoroughly and only then refill the bottle.
The simplest way to select is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or vials), you will find the filter at the top of the page. In it you can adjust the selection according to parameters such as the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. This enables you to quickly find packaging that matches both your formulation and your visual requirements.
The pump container is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid products that are applied in smaller amounts and require comfortable dosing. Typically, these include liquid soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body and facial milks, emulsion creams, disinfectant solutions, massage emulsions or lighter oil-based preparations. More viscous formulations should be tested before filling in order to verify the smoothness of dosing through the pump.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. Then proceed according to the recycling rules stated for the material parameter in the product details on the Handymade website. According to the assigned type of plastic or combination of materials, you will sort the bottle and the dispenser into the appropriate separated waste stream. If the individual parts are made of different materials, it is advisable to separate them before disposal (for example disassemble the pump and the bottle) and recycle each part according to its material marking.
