Plastic medicine bottle with white closure represents a practical and reliable packaging suitable for filling various liquid and powder preparations. The dark design of the bottle helps protect the sensitive contents from external influences, which is especially advantageous for preparations containing plant extracts or active substances. The packaging is suitable for cosmetic formulations, complementary personal care products and technical solutions according to your needs. Thanks to its practical shape, the bottle is easy to fill, store and use, while the white closure completes the clean and professional appearance of the finished product.
This plastic bottle is intended as a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems depending on the selected parameters, such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the type of filled product is suitable. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
We recommend cleaning the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, using a soft brush or sponge to avoid damaging the surface. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry at room temperature. Do not use aggressive solvents that are not compatible with the given type of plastic, and always verify the behaviour of the specific cleaning agent on a small area of the packaging.
The plastic packaging is not intended for exposure to high temperatures or for thermal sterilisation by boiling or dishwashing. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may lead to deformation of the material, deterioration of sealing or a change in mechanical properties. For disinfection, therefore, give preference to chemical disinfection with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation and drying at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, removing product residues and recycling it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters on the website. It is advisable to separate the plastic bottle and the closure before placing them in the appropriate sorted‑waste container and to follow local waste‑sorting rules. Thanks to proper recycling, the material can be used again and you thus reduce the amount of waste in the normal municipal waste stream.
The packaging can also be used for a different type of product than the one originally filled, but only if it is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between uses. Residues of the original contents may affect the stability, fragrance or colour of the new product, so it is important to pay attention to cleaning and disinfection, for example using alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % of plant origin. For very different types of fillings, it is often more appropriate to choose new packaging.
