The plastic bottle with spray pump provides a practical solution for hygienic and even application of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for precise dosing of cosmetic, hygiene and also technical solutions where controlled consumption and convenient use are important. This type of medicine bottle is popular for manufacturing products in small and medium series and also works well for travel sizes or tester samples.
This bottle with integrated sprayer is designed as a functional combination of container and dosing component. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing behaviour and stability of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oils or active substances), so that the final product is reliably stable over the long term.

The sprayer is designed primarily for liquid, low‑viscosity products that form a fine mist. Thick emulsions, gels or highly viscous oils may reduce the quality of spraying or completely prevent the mechanism from operating. For oil‑based and specific formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the sprayer under real conditions of use.
The container can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, but we recommend always preparing it for a new filling by thorough cleaning. Before refilling, the bottle and sprayer must be rinsed, residues of the previous product removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution. For disinfection you can use technical isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol in a quality suitable for the product type, available for example as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness for the new filling.

Thanks to this, you can easily select additional bottles, jars or pots so that they match in design while also meeting the technical requirements of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, rinse out any coarse product residues. Afterwards, the container should be placed in the appropriate bin according to local waste sorting rules. Information on the specific type of plastic and the recommended method of recycling is given in the parameter table next to the product, so that the packaging can be assigned to the correct recycling stream.

Using it, you can quickly narrow down the range according to the parameters that are key for your product – you choose the required neck, suitable size, preferred colour and material type.
