Plastic bottle with flip-top closure represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid and gel formulations where controlled dosing and convenient use are important. Thanks to the appropriately chosen shape and material, this small bottle is ideal for filling cosmetic preparations, hygienic solutions or household mixtures that require protected and user-comfortable packaging. The integrated flip-top mechanism enables quick one-handed opening while at the same time minimizing the risk of unintended spillage of the contents.
This bottle is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging + flip-top closure, which means it is immediately ready for filling and use without the need to choose a separate closure. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if the correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after drying and airing is the packaging ready for reuse.
First remove residues of the original product by rinsing with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, and rinse the packaging well with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, fill the bottle with or rinse it using a disinfecting alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % vegetable ethanol. Then let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it again.
This type of plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When hot water, steam or drying cycles in a dishwasher act on it, undesirable deformation of the material and deterioration of the closure tightness can occur. Likewise, boiling or sterilization in boiling water is not recommended. For cleaning it is suitable to use lukewarm water, a mild cleansing agent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, its recycling in accordance with local waste-sorting rules is recommended. Before placing it in sorted collection, remove product residues by rinsing, and according to the material designation in the product parameters, place it in the appropriate collection container (for example for plastic waste). Following the recommendations for the specific material from the parameter table helps to ensure efficient recovery of the packaging in the recycling process.
