Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with white dosing closure represents a practical and safe packaging for the precise dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its suitably designed shape and dosing system, it is ideal for filling products where quantity control, clean application and easy handling in everyday use are important. This type of medicine bottle is especially popular for packaging cosmetic and specialized preparations, where reliable protection of the contents and convenient dosing are required.
The packaging is designed so that, when used correctly, it helps to minimize the product’s contact with air and impurities. It is suitable for various liquid mixtures – from cosmetic solutions to more concentrated preparations – while the dosing closure enables even and controlled application. The plastic construction of the medicine bottle also contributes to low weight and resistance to normal mechanical stress during storage and transport.
This type of medicine bottle is supplied as a ready-made combination of bottle and dosing closure, providing you with a complete packaging solution without the need to select the neck type and compatible closure separately. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dosing medicine bottle is primarily intended for liquids of low to medium viscosity, where controlled dosing in a small amount is required. For very thick creams or gels, we rather recommend packaging with a pump or jars from our range, which are adapted for easier dispensing or scooping of products.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dosing closure and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the complete evaporation of the disinfectant is the packaging ready for new filling.
First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and water, taking care to remove all residues of the original product. Then we recommend spraying or filling the packaging and the closure with a disinfecting alcohol-based preparation (e.g. IPA or ethanol from our range), letting it act, and after the alcohol has evaporated, letting the components dry completely. Only then is the container ready for reuse. For plastic packaging, avoid boiling or exposing it to extreme temperatures to prevent deformation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first removing any remaining product and giving it a basic rinse. Then dispose of it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product – place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local rules (for example, in the container for plastics marked with the corresponding recycling symbol). By sorting correctly, you enable further processing of the material and reduce the amount of waste.
