Glass vial with plastic spray pump represents a professional solution for dispensing liquid preparations in a fine mist. The practical spray pump allows precise, hygienic and economical application of products without the need for contact with the contents, which is ideal for cosmetics, aromatherapy and technical solutions. Thanks to the sturdy glass container and the high‑quality plastic head, the packaging is suitable for filling various liquid formulations where consistent application and comfortable use are important.
This product is a combination of a glass bottle and a plastic spray pump, which is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, the long‑term behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, as well as the comfort and consistency of dosing during repeated use.

The spray pump is primarily intended for liquid, low‑viscosity formulations that can be dispersed as a fine mist. Thicker emulsions or oils may reduce the quality of spraying or clog the nozzle. We recommend carrying out a trial filling and verifying whether your specific product ensures smooth operation of the mechanism without fouling and dripping.
The packaging can be reused provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging to minimize the risk of microbial contamination.
The spray pump works on the principle of a mechanical pump which, when pressed, draws the liquid up through the dip tube and creates a fine mist. If it starts to spray unevenly or drip, check whether there are deposits left in the tube or nozzle, whether the product is not too viscous and whether the mechanism is not clogged with dried residue. Flushing with clean alcohol or distilled water and repeatedly pumping through until the flow stabilizes can help.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the bottle and rinsing out any product residues. Place the glass container in the appropriate glass collection bin according to local waste collection rules. The plastic spray pump should be separated and placed in plastic recycling, provided that the local sorting system accepts this type of plastic component. Always adapt the recycling instructions to the information in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website and to the local waste‑sorting guidelines.
