Glass bottle – dropper bottle is a universal container suitable for professional as well as artisan packaging of various liquid and partially viscous preparations. Thanks to the durable glass, it represents a stable solution for formulations that require reliable protection, precise dosing and a representative appearance of the final product. The dropper‑bottle shape allows comfortable handling, easy labelling and high‑quality closure using compatible caps or dispensing systems.
Yes, the glass container can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant‑based ethanol. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for refilling.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with clean water, or with a mild cleaning agent intended for laboratory or kitchen glassware, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %), allow any residual alcohol to evaporate, and only then proceed to fill with the final product.
The simplest way is to use the recommended combinations shown directly on the product page, where compatible caps and dispensers are listed for the container. When choosing independently, you can use the filter in the relevant cap category according to neck type and the desired dosing method (dropper, pipette, sprayer, etc.). For every combination we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking the tightness and dosing accuracy.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend placing it in the sorted waste stream corresponding to the material indicated in the product parameter table. Glass bottles are usually collected in glass containers; before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues and, where possible, the label. Plastic caps and any dispensers, if they are made of a different material than glass, must be sorted separately in accordance with local recycling regulations.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently sort the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these criteria, you can quickly narrow the selection to the containers that best match your specific product and the intended dosing method.
The glass dropper bottle is particularly suitable for concentrated and high‑value formulations where stability and precise dosing are important – for example, facial serums, oil elixirs, active concentrates, concentrated essential oils and aromatic blends. In practice it is also often used for smaller volumes of test series or samples that you need to store safely and at the same time keep under control during application.
