Glass dropper bottle with black cap and pouring insert is a professional packaging intended for reliable and precise dosing of liquid preparations. High-quality glass in combination with a practical cap and insert helps protect the contents from contamination and minimizes the product’s contact with air during use. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and construction, the bottle is suitable for everyday use in both home and professional production of cosmetics or specialized blends.
This type of dropper bottle is ideal for clean and controlled dosing of liquids that require precise application drop by drop or in smaller amounts. The pouring insert makes handling easier, reduces the risk of spillage and contributes to economical consumption of the packaged product.
This product is a ready-made combination of glass dropper bottle, screw cap and pouring insert, which ensures practical and controlled dosing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging is optimal for your particular product.

The dropper bottle is suitable for most common liquid preparations, including lighter oil blends and cosmetic solutions. However, the density and viscosity of the product can affect the flow rate through the pouring insert. For very thick oils or gel-type formulations we recommend carrying out a trial filling before final filling to verify that the dosing meets your requirements.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are followed and an appropriately chosen cleaning procedure is used. Before each new filling, the dropper bottle, cap and pouring insert must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using technical isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/, /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and the transfer of residues of the original product into the new filling.
It is recommended to fill a smaller trial amount of the product into one dropper bottle and leave it stored for a certain time under conditions similar to real use (temperature, handling, frequency of opening). Monitor in particular the stability of the contents, changes in color or odor, any loosening of the cap and the tightness of the pouring insert. For formulations with a higher content of acidic, alkaline or strongly aromatic components, longer-term monitoring is important to verify that the packaging remains undamaged and maintains proper dosing functionality.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, into the appropriate glass container, while plastic or combined parts of the cap and pouring insert must be sorted according to the specific type of material and local separate collection rules. Before handing over to sorted waste, remove any product residues to facilitate the recycling process.
