The flat medical glass bottle is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations using a practical dispenser. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional closure, it is ideal for packaging formulations where controlled application, protection against contamination and convenient use in both home and professional environments are important.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect more sensitive formulations, ensure their stability during storage and at the same time facilitate hygienic dosing without unnecessary contamination of the surroundings. The flat shape of the medicine bottle allows space-saving storage and a clear arrangement of several pieces side by side.
This product is a combination of packaging and functional dispenser designed as a ready-to-use, practically applicable solution. Combinations of packagings and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure that the final product will be reliable in real use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, clean the packaging thoroughly, mechanically remove residues of the previous product and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the fragrance, colour or stability of the new formulation.
It is most suitable for liquid and low-viscosity formulations where controlled dosing is important – for example facial toners, special treatment solutions, hair tonics, light serums or concentrated solutions of active substances. Before filling with the finished product, we recommend testing the dosing on a small sample to verify that the viscosity of the preparation is optimal for the chosen dispenser.
First rinse the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove all visible residues of the previous contents. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water, allow to dry and, before refilling, disinfect the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated, the bottle is ready for reuse.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. As standard, dispose of the glass bottle in the container intended for glass, and separate and sort the plastic or combined parts of the dispenser according to local rules. By following the recommendations for recycling, you reduce environmental burden and support the efficient use of materials.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category of bottles, medicine bottles or other packagings, you will find the filter at the top of the page. In it you can select parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material and thus quickly narrow the offer to options that best correspond to your product and the intended dosing method.
When filling for the first time, check that the packaging is clean and dry and that the dispenser sits correctly on the neck of the bottle. After filling the bottle, test the sealing and dosing functionality – for example by pressing several times while turning the bottle into different positions. Observe whether there is any leakage of contents around the thread or the dosing head. In the case of new or sensitive formulations, it is advisable to carry out a short-term stress test (e.g. transport, temperature change) to verify the stability and safety of the packaging under real conditions.
