Thanks to the sturdy glass container and the precisely closable metal cap, the bottle provides a stable environment for the contents and helps maintain their quality throughout the entire period of use.
This compact pharmaceutical bottle is suitable for packaging various types of solutions, serums, oil blends or concentrated formulations where precise dosing and secure closure are important. The smooth glass surface allows easy labelling, which makes it a practical and aesthetically clean packaging for artisanal as well as semi-professional production.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging from dust, thoroughly washing the glass part with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing it. It is then necessary to disinfect the bottle and the cap using alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and allow them to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Only then is the packaging ready to be filled with your product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned, their mechanical condition checked, and then the packaging disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and the transfer of residues of the previous contents into the new formulation.
The bottle should ideally be stored in a dry, clean and stable place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Always close the packaging carefully to minimise contact with moisture, dust and air. In the case of sensitive formulations, follow the storage recommendations given for the specific product and adapt the conditions in which the filled bottles are stored accordingly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the parameter table for the product. After removing any remaining contents, the glass bottle can usually be placed in the separated glass waste, and the metal cap in the waste intended for metals or combined metal waste, provided that the collection system in your area allows this. Before handing the packaging over for recycling, empty it and, if possible, rinse it in order to reduce the presence of product residues in the recycling stream.
