If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. As standard, the glass bottle can be placed in a glass recycling container after it has been emptied, rinsed and any product residues removed. The closure is usually made of a different material than glass, so it needs to be sorted separately according to local recycling rules (for example into a plastic or metal container, if this corresponds to the composition of the closure). By following these steps, you support effective waste sorting and the reuse of materials.

Glass is generally a very stable and chemically resistant material, so it is also suitable for formulations with a higher content of alcohol, preservatives or essential oils. After filling, always check that the closure sits correctly, does not leak and that the dosing (with a dropper or spray pump) is smooth and without clogging.
