Glass bottle BOSTON with black dispenser is a professional packaging designed for safe and aesthetic packing of cosmetic and liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dispenser, it is suitable for products where precise and comfortable application without contamination of the contents is important. The smooth rim allows convenient handling, even dosing and easy integration into your own brand visual style.
This type of glass bottle is supplied as a bottle + dispenser combination and is therefore directly ready for filling and use. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and impact on product stability.
Before filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle (separating the dispenser from the glass), washing the glass part in warm water with a suitable detergent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. Then disinfect the packaging with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Handle the dispenser carefully to avoid mechanical damage and avoid excessively high temperatures that could affect the plastic parts of the mechanism.
The bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where controlled and hygienic dosing is important. These are mainly facial and body serums, emulsions, light creams, body milks, hair tonics or oil blends. Before final implementation in production, we recommend carrying out a test filling and verifying whether the dispenser provides the required amount of product per single pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, separate the glass bottle from the dispenser. The glass part is usually thrown into the container designated for glass and the plastic dispenser into the sorted waste for plastics, but always follow local recycling rules. Separating the materials helps more efficient processing and reduces environmental burden.
