Square glass bottle – medicine bottle represents a universal and professional packaging suitable for various liquid formulations – from cosmetic products to concentrated blends and laboratory solutions. High-quality glass ensures the stability of the stored product, minimizes interactions with the contents and allows safe dispensing even during long-term storage. Thanks to the precisely manufactured neck, the bottle is ideal for packing products where application accuracy and clean handling of the contents are important.
Glass bottles – medicine bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic guidelines are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation.
Before the first use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly removing residues of the cleaning solution with clean water and then allowing it to dry naturally in a clean environment. Before filling itself, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, in order to minimize the risk of product contamination.
We recommend storing the glass medicine bottle in an upright position, in a dry and clean place protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. It is always important to close it carefully with the selected closure to prevent the escape of volatile components and the ingress of impurities. For formulations sensitive to light, storage in closed cabinets or secondary packaging that further limits exposure to light is suitable.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. Glass medicine bottles, after removing residual contents and any plastic or metal parts, are normally placed in the container intended for sorted glass waste. Closures or dispensers must be sorted separately according to their material (plastic, metal). By following the recommended sorting, you contribute to efficient recycling and waste reduction.
