Glass vial with glossy dispenser represents a reliable packaging for formulations where precise, controlled dosing and elegant presentation are important. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a practical dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for filling liquid and slightly viscous products where it is necessary to protect the contents from contamination and ensure comfortable use. The dark glass also helps to reduce light penetration, which supports the stability of more sensitive components in the formulations.
Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For this purpose you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the dispensing mechanism to dry thoroughly, and only then fill with the final product.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. With every new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Before filling, make sure that all parts are completely dry and free of residues from the previous formulation, so that the stability of the new product is not affected.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the bottle is usually sorted into the appropriate container for glass, while the plastic or metal components of the dispenser must be separated and placed in the appropriate collection according to the material type. Before recycling, empty the packaging and rinse it if possible, so that product residues do not enter the collection.
The dosing vial is particularly suitable for concentrated cosmetic formulations where application accuracy is important – for example facial serums, oil elixirs, treatment courses for problematic skin areas or local products for the scalp. It is also useful for aromatherapeutic blends where you need comfortable, controlled application of a smaller amount of product.
